Refund Policy

At Fox and Co Tutoring, we are committed to delivering high-quality tutoring services. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our refund policy below:

• Cancellations and Rescheduling:
  Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be charged in full at our discretion.

• No Refunds After Services Rendered:
  Once a tutoring session has been delivered, it is considered a completed service. We do not offer refunds for any session that has already taken place, regardless of attendance or outcome.

• Package Bookings:
  For packages of multiple sessions, refunds may be considered for unused sessions only, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled session. No refunds will be issued for partially used sessions or missed appointments.

• Exceptional Circumstances:
  In rare cases, and at our sole discretion, partial refunds or credit toward future sessions may be offered in exceptional circumstances.
