My background includes senior leadership experience as an Assistant Headteacher, where I was responsible for staff wellbeing and had a strong focus on supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). I’ve also spent many years working in SEND schools, supporting disaffected learners up to the age of 16—helping them re-engage with education and achieve real progress. I work as an Exams Officer with specialist knowledge of GCSE, A Levels and Functional Skills. I’m also an experienced examiner for GCSE Maths and Functional Skills, which gives me unique insight into what examiners are looking for—something I bring into my tutoring to help students succeed.
